  • Brilliant!

This show perks me up every time I listen. It provides me tangible take away messages that enable me to work on bettering myself (and the world around me). The girls deliver their prompts in a fun way, by daring you to tackle a method of increasing your happiness and provide their own feedback. They’re very real about their experiences, the information is scientifically supported and I finish my car rides feeling empowered, enriched and inspired ⭐️

Even if you think you’re invincible and take great pride in your indepe... more

#207 From Rigid Goals to Gentle Growth: Anne-Laure Le Cunff’s Tiny Experiments
Q: How do we reflect on our tiny experiment and decide whether we continue or drop it?
Reflect after a defined duration without judgment, then evaluate what worked and what didn't using a plus-minus-next approach.
#207 From Rigid Goals to Gentle Growth: Anne-Laure Le Cunff’s Tiny Experiments
Q: How can we choose that first tiny experiment that is meaningful but manageable?
Start with something small and actionable, like not bringing your phone to the bedroom, to overcome feeling overwhelmed.
#207 From Rigid Goals to Gentle Growth: Anne-Laure Le Cunff’s Tiny Experiments
Q: Can you tell us a little bit more, why is this approach more effective for creating habits that actually stick?
Having fixed goals can be helpful, but they are rigid and assume you have a clear vision. Tiny experiments allow for flexibility and learning through curiosity.
