Excellent story and production makes a great first season. The second season is a little more wobbly, but it comes together after a few episodes.

The only thing I have against it is the voice actors, and nothing against them, their voice acting is amazing, I just find it hard to distinguish between the voices of the female characters sometimes, which makes it hard to tell who is talking to someone and who can’t be heard when they speak (you can be sure I was a bit confused on the Christmas special).
I really recommend this podcast, and love the wlw in there! ... more
I really did enjoy the first season. The voice acting was excellent and the dialogue felt natural and humorous.

The narrative revolves around her unlikely friendship with Cali, a scout from a surviving human settlement, as they confront challenges posed by both mechanical threats and their evolving camaraderie. The series is characterized by its fourth wall-breaking humor and its capacity to balance dark themes with moments of levity, often exploring concepts of identity, survival, and unexpected alliances in a world fraught with danger.
