  • Good show but not long enough

Love the show, but having listened to it on the radio there is a lot of it that doesn’t make it the podcast. The whole show should be on the podcast. It’s disappointing that it’s not. Please add the top 10 quizz to the podcast.

Habs Lunch - Thursday 05/28/26

The hosts suggest exploiting the Hurricanes' weaknesses, particularly Freddie Andersen, while also generating more high-quality chances and improving forechecking to recover momentum on the road.
Habs Lunch - Tampa isn't Tough
Q: How long have you been working on Montreal Canadiens games?
JP O'Connor answered that it's his fourth year with the Habs, and since 2018 with the station, covering both Rocket and Canadiens games.
Habs Lunch - 1st Round Playoff preview? Mtl vs TB.
Q: One of the decisions the Canadiens made was calling up Adam Engström over David Rheinbacker. Mitch, why did they make that decision?

Habs Lunch -Canadiens are back in playoffs
Q: Has the Caulfield 50-goal chase become a distraction or a positive focus for the team?
Host and guest discuss that it serves as a positive distraction, generating excitement and fan engagement without derailing the team's focus on playoffs and strategic goals; they see it as a catalyst that can energize the roster.
Habs Lunch -Canadiens chase for the division
Q: Can the Canadiens take the division away from Buffalo and Tampa?
Based on the discussion, the hosts feel Montreal is within striking distance, with a favorable remaining schedule and recent form giving them a legitimate chance, though they acknowledge it will be challenging against strong divisional rivals.
