  • Off season ad overkill

I appreciate this is a business but the offseason ad frequency makes the show impossible to listen to.

  • Good show, but too many commercials

Good Hockey show, especially if you’re a Montreal Canadiens fan.

However, Tony, when the people talk, we should listen, I know you like stats, you have by far the most commercials per 60 minutes of any hockey podcast that I listen to you and I listen to more than 5 per day; non-subscription podcasts, just like yours. You have not only your commercials, but on top of that the platforms commercials (e.g. Apple) and on top of that, you continuously promote your other shows, which by the way are ... more

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Can Habs Benefit From The Turmoil In Anaheim? | The Sick Podcast with Tony Marinaro August 19 2026
Q: Here's a question for you.
The hosts discuss potential veteran stopgaps for the Canadiens and whether Montreal should pursue a big right-handed defenseman to play alongside Lane Hudson, weighing cap space, age, and fit for the current window.
The Bolduc & Xhekaj Situation Is Very Suspicious | The Sick Podcast with Tony Marinaro August 12 2026
Q: Why hasn't Bolduc or Xhekaj signed yet, and what would it take for trades to happen?
The hold‑up appears tied to the cap, contract length, and the interest from other teams; if the price is right and a team can fit them under the cap, trades could materialize closer to or after the September 16th CBA changes.
Carey Price Dans L'Anneau D'Honneur & Son Chandail Retiré?
Dobes Est-Il Un Gardien Top 10 Dans La LNH?
The Habs’ Best Chance To Win The Cup Will Be… | The Sick Podcast with Tony Marinaro August 6 2026
Q: Is Lane Hudson the key to extending the Canadiens' window, and what line combinations would maximize his impact?
Hudson is pivotal; pairing him on the strong side with Noah Dobson would maximize his output and create a high-end top-four dynamic, while managing defensive partners through camp and preseason evaluations.
