So glad this duo was able to get back together after the mess at the athletic. Man I can sometimes understand the budget crisis in the media world but that podcast was one and now is again one of my weekly news highlights. Sometimes it feels like they’re the only ones giving me their opinions without being too optimistic, dramatic or too sensational! Keep up the great work! Love the tidbits of sprinkled information hard data without forgetting this is a podcast. Btw, Apple should promote adding ... more
Arpon and Marc-Antoine offer a thought provoking and measured perspective in a market that can at times be dominated by hyperbole and sensationalism. My biggest weekly dilemma is if I can make it to my Monday morning commute without having listened to the Friday edition. Spoiler alert, I rarely can.
Love this podcast because it gets to the point no blah blah yadda yadda how was your weekend. Both hosts are very sharp and knowledgeable about the nuances of team management in today’s NHL, intricacies of the salary cap and drafting. Keep it goin!
Really happy Basu and Godin are back together doing a pod. This is my favourite Habs podcast from two of my favourite reporters covering the team. I do miss the bilingual aspect of their old podcast on the Athletic, but get that this show is catering to the Anglo fan base. Keep up the good work!
While Apron and Marc-Antoine are knowledgeable about the Montreal Canadiens and hockey in general, I’m not sure that a 60+ minute show twice a week is necessary every week. Also, our hosts don’t seem to get along as well as they once did and that’s a bit awkward to hear at times.
