Julie, Fern, Bobby, and Mike discuss the North Korean (you read that right) attempt at a Kaiju film. The movie is only half the story as we break down the only time in Grindbin history that a movie was made by someone literally taken hostage.
Greg, Peter, Bobby, and Mike discuss a post-apocalyptic film that really tries out-lazy the rest of them. We got sand, some water, road warriors, cars, little people; it's everything you need for a great Grindbin episode.
Steve and Izzy, Other Tim, Bobby, and Mike discuss the Shaw Brother's ill fated attempt to jumpstart a franchise superhero series to compete with Ultraman.
Our semi-annual March Madness episode has arrived with the Crown International CLASSIC, Coach from 1978. Chef Robby, Luke, Bobby, and Mike discuss what is sure to be a laugh-filled, jam packed, Crown picture full of fun basketball hijinx... right?

An overdue review. If you love less appreciated movies from the 70s and 80s, this podcast is for you. One of the things I like most is that many times I’ve never even heard of the movie they’re reviewing. The hosts are funny and knowledgeable, but they never take themselves too seriously.
My favorite episode is Mardi Gras Massacre, which I’ve listened to countless times. Other great episodes include Xanadu, Hardcore, Cruising, The Banker and 52 Pick-Up.
I thought I knew “bad” films but this podcast has opened my eyes and mind to the depth and breadth of the genre. Great group of regular and rotating hosts and a welcoming community. I’ve never had more genuine laughs from a podcast. I personally enjoy watching the films before each episode but I think it would be just as enjoyable going in cold.
I had recently watched my new 4K of Ilsa: She Wolf of the SS. I thought… hey! I wonder if there are any podcasts that reviewed the movie? I’d like to know more. And I need another one to add to my rotation. Well… I came across Grindbin that purportedly “likes” b-movies and such. Well… after one of the hosts stated the fact that Ilsa was a success, and the other lamented that it was a “shame” and a shame that there were sequels. Well… why are you reviewing it? Why waste your time? Why waste “MY” ... more
I have been listening to this show since 2017 and have to say it has gotten better each year. I just finished listening to Hollywood Zap. The movie sounds terrible and boring, I am always amazed how you guys make talking about movies like this seem so entertaining. I has caught me a couple times trying to watch these movies and wonder how you guys make it through them but the grind bin always seems to pull it off and entertain us with bad movies. They went through technical difficulties and st... more
