I wanted to try a new morning routine and I am so glad to have incorporated this podcast. What I appreciate is that it’s not a focus on religion, and in fact she mentions so many different spiritual practices. Nikki encourages us to speak out loud throughout our day, recommends books to enhance our practice and gives examples how she implements this in her own life. She/ this podcast radiates light and real joy!
