I have a crush on Megan like crazy. She reminds me of a cute substitute teacher.
I just tuned in to GLHF on my drive home and loved it! I am an EDH player but this podcast knocks the socks off some of the regular ones I listen to - nice to just have some playful banter and jokes (truly funny jokes too!) alongside content discussion. Always love when a podcast makes me gut laugh alone in my car. I couldn’t stop when they were on the kick about the exploding baseball, freaking hilarious. Will be tuning back in!
Very professional production and hosting. Maria comes from a career at pbs and her experience shows. She is fantastic as is her frequent commentary job on the pro tour. Things that I don’t like: iTunes podcasts keeps messing up my played/unplayed markers and my subscription always gets messed up. I keep getting old episodes as “new and unplayed.” The hosts are standard format players and while there’s nothing wrong with that, they have little to say about commander which is a shame because it’s ... more
