「咱要離開影響咱情緒的人。你要先為自己設想，這個這個天地，這個世界，這個空間才會替你來設想。」原先是喜歡台語、想聽生活化的台語來收聽節目，越聽越喜歡白編黑編的主持風格，聽到2024年8月聽友分享結束四年的感情那集，我也忍不住想起自己的分手經驗，而主持人講的這段話讓我感動落淚。真的，真心愛過所以分手心很痛，但與其在一段有毒關係裡忍耐的長痛，不如放手切斷的短痛，多年後再回頭看，一定會認為現在的自己做得很對，很勇敢！謝謝白編黑編的這段話帶給我力量！
