「咱要離開影響咱情緒的人。你要先為自己設想，這個這個天地，這個世界，這個空間才會替你來設想。」原先是喜歡台語、想聽生活化的台語來收聽節目，越聽越喜歡白編黑編的主持風格，聽到2024年8月聽友分享結束四年的感情那集，我也忍不住想起自己的分手經驗，而主持人講的這段話讓我感動落淚。真的，真心愛過所以分手心很痛，但與其在一段有毒關係裡忍耐的長痛，不如放手切斷的短痛，多年後再回頭看，一定會認為現在的自己做得很對，很勇敢！謝謝白編黑編的這段話帶給我力量！

黑白編恁好！上班上甲心情無好，拄仔好今仔日聽著功錚兄這集的節目講著五星好評，我就想著講：會害！我家己佇節目上直直講拜託予我五星好評，結果煞袂記得予恁五星好評，真正是足見笑。因為佇遮沒辦法放錄音檔，所以我只好是一字一字慢慢查字典，若是有寫毋著請毋通見怪。
然後閣分享一件代誌，以早聽建中GPT伊嘛講，伊大學畢業才正式開始學台語，但是我感覺五冬傷久，希望兩年以內有法度練甲會當上恁的節目的程度，愛恁喔！
