I’ll be honest I didn’t want to like Mr. Giannotto. Partly due to the fact I’ve never been able to spell his last name but also because I saw him drinking white wine (with ice) while eating boneless wings (looked like MILD sauce) on the Tuesday wing night at Buffalo Wild Wings in Germantown.
