  • I came here for a podcast on how to control my emotions. The host talked about her seminar then ended the podcast without the info promised in the title. Way to trigger me when im here to learn to not be triggered.

None of these concepts are natural or automatic to me as I still feel inherently unworthy of love and understanding, and live in the confines of my own guilt and self loathing, but your podcast has truly saved my life and continues to do so every single day. I can never thank you enough for choosing to use your time in this way to help others.

I feel like she is literally speaking directly to me every time I hear her, as if she knows what I ... more
