My bf and I broke up almost 2 days ago I know it isn’t much but somehow I think the first days are the most difficult. Everything said in the episode is so true and even if I might have already known a lot of the things said it was a lot more helpful coming from someone else. This is also a great way to keep my mind busy of course im still in a way thinking of him but in a healthier way
I love this podcast but I’m officially quitting to listen to it because of how much you advertise your coaching program. I’m not against the program, I think people who need it should sign up for sure but you can be doing that at the beginning or at the end of the podcast not just in the middle of giving us the information. It takes away the whole thing. Other than that I loved the show and needed to say this before unfollowing.
Sebastian does such a great job captivating the audience on topics that we simply don’t spend enough energy focused on in our relationships. His content has helped me to open up and unlock so much more in my relationship!
The information is very relevant and useful. Love to hear a podcast that’s positive and uplifts women as it teaches. Also helps with certain aspects of professional development as well.
Less ads about your course maybe, other than that the content of every episode is good
