  • Great content great guests

I have worked in the continuous improvement space for 15 years. There are many flavors of CI and how to use it it. The content on Gemba Academy and the content on the podcast hit the mark on what I believe is the best approach. The focus on people and maximizing human potential is refreshing in the AI and digital frenzy we are surrounded by daily. I believe in the scientific method and in human excellence and these guys consistently hit the mark in these areas.
