  • Please lower ad volume!

I love this podcast but *please* adjust the advertisement volume… I’ll be listening to the pod at a normal volume, feeling super relaxed and then out of nowhere will get blasted with a super loud ad. Really takes me out of the moment and is super jarring to my nervous system! Please make the ads the same volume as the rest of the podcast.

So thankful I found such a good and lighthearted new podcast! And I love that if I still want that visual, I can hop ov... more
