  • Arrogance Revealed

For sometime now, I have listened to this podcast off and on. Having interviews with like Dr. vines has always been great. But in times that the host Buick carried to conversation it is generally just his ego talking. I definitely do not enjoy listening to someone who claims to know everything. The best preachers I have ever heard are ones to admit that the more they learn, the more they realize they do not know. And Josh buys never seems to have that approach on anything. He is a “know-it-all”w... more

  • Informative and Biblical

Virgil, Josh, and Scott do a great job dealing with issues of the day through a Biblical lens. They offer insight that helps us to discern truth from falsehoods. I highly recommend this podcast especially to younger people in the faith. When you find pastors that handle the Holy Scriptures the way our LORD JESUS CHRIST intends, then you need to listen and obey!

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Reflecting on the Past Year at G3 Ministries
Q: Speak about the impeccability of Christ and why this doctrine is important.
Christ's impeccability is essential to uphold the deity and immutability of Christ; while Jesus was tempted, he could not sin, and maintaining this doctrine avoids undermining the gospel and the divine nature of Christ.
Reflecting on the Past Year at G3 Ministries
Q: how does the Puriton Reformed College, and particularly my position as Dean, affect G3 moving forward?
The dean role at Puritan Reformed College is described as additive and non-disruptive to G3's core operations; the president will remain in his role at G3, with remote work and continued coordination across G3 programs, aiming to expand collaboration and impact through PRC while preserving G3's existing functions like G3 Weekly, G3 Plus, and the podcast network.
Why Christians Should Be Informed About Politics
Q: What are a couple of the major issues as you look out at our nation that Christians need to stand firm and speak out about?
You need to be skeptical of the judicial appointments and be involved in local politics as it's where you can have the greatest impact.
God and AI: A Christian Perspective on Artificial Intelligence
Q: What are just some basic principles as Christians about how we should and should not use these AI tools?
Begin by approaching technology with gratitude and think about how it can be used for good while also preparing for potential abuses.
God and AI: A Christian Perspective on Artificial Intelligence
Q: What are some of the concerns that are out there that we should not be concerned about?
We shouldn't be overly concerned about AI becoming an artificial god, as we believe human beings possess unique attributes that AI cannot replicate.
