FX is an amazing resource, providing access to professionals in the field of health, nutrition and naturopathy, who share scientific research and clinical experience in an understandable and interesting manner.
This podcast is so informative and enjoyable to listen to. I especially love listening to Lisa Costa Bir - her interviewing style, knowledge and ability to keep matters scientific yet understandable is a gift.
It is such a delight listening to Emma. She has a rare ability to animate what can be very dense academic content and remember traditional holistic principles at the same time. Wonderful to hear from someone with a thriving clinical practice, as she walks the talk. Thoroughly enjoying her podcasts and learning so much along the way! 🌿
I love these podcasts! Emma is so engaging and informative. She has such a knack for taking complex information and breaking it down into something accessible and easy to remember. As a practising naturopath this is invaluable. Keep them coming!
I really enjoy Emma’s gentle informative approach that is non-preachy or judgemental. There is clear information without pressure and urgency. I would love to hear more on general supplementation options. For example adaptagens were spoken of, but no reference in this context for peri meno/meno women as to which ones would be specifically beneficial to look at.
