I have worked my way through the series. I still have part of full share and captains share to listen to. I am thoroughly enjoying it. It's sort of a sea fair of the future situation sailor of the stars so to speak. But it's very entertaining and very believable very Relatable. There's not so much amazing. Going on that. You have to stretch your imagination very far. I use it to sleep too, and it is something. I don't have to worry about listening to in my sleep. I highly recommend it.‼️
I've listened to the entire series several times over the years. I've recommended it to everyone I know who listens to audiobooks.

I am enjoying this series. The story is well written and thought out. The narration was great as well. Good flow to the story and easy to follow along.

I’ve enjoyed listening to this series when read by professional audiobook readers. Very rarely do authors read their own books to the same standard and this podcast is case in point.

I have listened to the entire series several times. And I enjoyed them every time.
This one of the Best Podcasts I’ve had the pleasure of listening to in a while! Also the perfect distraction for this Covid situation!!
Fantastic I can’t stop listening. I’ve had a smile on my face for 3 days listening. Can’t wait for the next one.
Most series have at least one that disappoints. Nathan Lowell doesn’t disappoint. Great job!
Story style is back to the amazing book 1!
I keep listening to these. Good world-building, decent character development, etc., but this main character with his romantic interludes, cringe. At least this one has a little conflict in it. This dork hitting on a grandma in a bar tho, yeesh.
This third book in the series actually has a couple exciting points in it. They are quickly and easily resolved, but this is still a really fun saga to listen to.
This is a review of the series up until Captain's Share. Thus giving you a better idea on why you should perhaps invest your time in it. As opposed to just giving you impressions on the first:
This is a story about NOT Captain Kirk, or Picard, or Sisco, or Archer, or...Instead, continuing the Star Trek example (although this story is in no way set in the Star Trek universe), this is a story about some random person who's parents unexpectedly died, was kicked off-planet, had to learn how to fe... more
