    I just listened to 6 episodes in a row! My grandma passed away a couple months ago and everything in life has just felt unbearable. I’ve been stuck in a dark hole and have been so unhappy with myself. Sam reminds you that you can do anything but you have to take care of YOU first! Being a mother to 4 (almost 5) kids now, sometimes you’re so busy taking care of others, that you forget that you need some love too!
