I listened to the gio Reyna episode. First, very wise assessment of his situation. It is dire, and you’re one of a few shows actually noticing that it’s happening and significant. Also, agreed gio’s pride is hurting him. Agreed dortmund is f’ing him. But you can’t underestimate a few different things - gio is still a great talent. You said “three years ago”. He was nations league winner and hands down mvp in 2024. That was concacaf tournament mvp 2024.
