I genuinely love this podcast it is so uplifting and has just the right level of tragedy (Bobby blunt) humour (flamtatios staffos) and amount of characters. There are lots of characters but you don’t feel overwhelmed you just feel like you connect to each one uniquely.
Would 100 % recommend to anyone going through a rough patch or just wanting something fun to listen too

I absolutely love vigilance the way he manages to leave self-care and different ways to deal with like sadness or feelings of like unworthiness, is absolutely amazing. Highly highly would suggest listening to it.
