This may be my favorite of Diabolu Frank's podcasts, and not just because he's had me on this one. This is Frank and a guest discussing characters and comics you love. He's famous for hot takes because he thinks deeply about the material. It's tough to match his insights or his production value. I predict you will greatly enjoy these conversations and wish you'd been in on them. That's my usual reaction.
Bin listing to some of back catalogue. Comic resume is my favorite just thought you should now .
While I was listening to the show while packing and moving, I was entertained and educated about the Golden Age heroes. Diabolu Frank packs the podcast with a knowledge and energy that is modern, yet engenders a stench of nostalgia that makes me want to dig back in the long box. If you are reading the books covered by this podcast, it is darn near a required listen I would say.
New show feed for a bunch of their shows (DC Bloodlines, Diana Prince: Wonder Woman, Amazing Heroes, etc) same great quality from Diabolu Frank, Illegal Machine, and Fixit on the glory of comics goodness. Always an informative & entertaining listen. 5 stars!
