  • Informative and fun(ny)

These two give excellent information and tips in an easy and enjoyable manner. I really like that the two of them are also different enough to showcase how their advice can work for a variety of lifters; I find myself identifying with at least one of them each episode. And of course being a female lifter I love hearing from other female lifters!
