This is a great podcasts for beginner lifters and the elite. Super knowledgeable coaches shed light on issues and common pitfalls in powerlifting. Highly recommend!
These two give excellent information and tips in an easy and enjoyable manner. I really like that the two of them are also different enough to showcase how their advice can work for a variety of lifters; I find myself identifying with at least one of them each episode. And of course being a female lifter I love hearing from other female lifters!
Very informative and straight to the point. I enjoy listening to these two play off each-others strengths!
