As someone who’s been listening since the earlier episodes, I am disappointed in the turn this podcast has taken. From removal of the original theme song in between transitions it set the ambiance for Ri’s beautiful voice and ads. The recent reliance on voicemails for content of conversation; not a bad idea but so frequent lately. Similarly, the 20 min worth of filler conversation about cereal?? I remember when it was brief authentic flow of conversation full of intention of life lessons to be l... more
Ive been listening for a while. I really love the solo episodes with Ri, she be in her BAG when its just her. I feel she steps into a more subordinate role (which is probably organic to her behaviors) instead of a mutual, cohost role. Yet, her solo episodes: GOLD. I would even be interested to see Slim with solo episodes. Also, the audio on the community episodes arent my favorite.
I’ve never felt more seen and heard then when I started listening to Ri and Slim they always hit every topic so well and are so real with everything i love it
I really wish this was the type of content pushed to the masses, I genuinely hate how long it took me to find this space but I’m here now and forever grateful for the love poured into this podcast 🫶🏾
My therapist is the one who introduced me to this podcast and it helps me with my perspective of things. You help a lot especially on the bad days keep doing ts you’re changing lives everywhere.
