  • All the Best Shows

Zippy and Dr. Don have yet to let me down by providing excellent Apple Safety Talk content and other big beautiful “girl talk.” Possibly the best podcast I’ve ever heard, better than the likes we’ve ever heard.

There was no quid pro quo for this review.

  • “Girl talk” between men.

And it’s great. Endearing and encouraging to hear the conversations between two food scientists and friends who genuinely do this out of the goodness of their hearts and the joy they get from chatting together (preferably online).

What a waste of time regarding an important topic by experts.

They need to take lessons from Oprah.

  • Surprisingly not boring!

The science is good, the stories are great, and it - thankfully - teaches you how to talk about food safety with your non-food safety friends in a way that will help make sure you are still invited to parties (when we can have parties again.)
