Thank you for your interview with Larry Keener. For me it was a walkdown memory lane. I started my career and food safety quite accidentally in the late 1980s in the San Francisco Bay Area after a stint in QA with a major food processor. I took my first HACCP course with FDA in 1993 and it’s been a significant part of my life since then as a trainer, auditor, and consultant. I recently retired from a well-known certification, body and am avid listener to your podcast.. keep up the good work.
Love the current series you are doing with the food safety authors. It has been a great, fun, informative series.

As a relatively junior food safety professional, this podcast has been the professional development I needed and previously would not have had access to. I love listening to the speakers, they are my mentors without me ever having met them. Their insights help me to grow both technically and personally into the food safety professional I want to be.
