Always great to listen to George Dobell as he actually cares for the county game. more
I listen to a lot of cricket podcasts and this has always been fairly middle ranking. Plenty of sales pitch and a modicum of insight but it fills a gap between the good stuff. Very disappointed to hear Joe Clarke on today with no acknowledgement of his previous actions and no apology from him for his behaviour. Sadly it fits with talksport’s laddish approach which feels more and more outdated with every season. I’ll be avoiding this one for a while
Sometimes Interviews are too quiet to hear through headphones
And not in a good way :( feels like being down at the pub with the lads, and respectfully, no thanks. Not enough serious cricket chat and too much waffle. Injustice to the brilliant names in their line-up. Marginally better than their live coverage but not serious cricket discussion and analysis. Really want it to be good but there are much better cricket podcasts down there.
Great cricket show - Harmy is excellent, closely followed by other presenters.
