I found this podcast by searching for resources to get prepared for my first 100 miler, the Long Haul 100. I got hooked ever since then! Joe does a great job with it. He noticed there was a demand for information about Florida trail races, and he has done excellent in meeting that demand. I always look forward to hearing new episodes!
Joseph seems to really be getting his voice now as he’s done more episodes. Great interviews with our local legends.
It is nice to get to know the ultra runners in our community and their race experiences.
Nice episode! I totally remember you and your yellow flowers during the race! Always made me smile as I was going past! I was the 80’s tube sock guy! Nice job well done!!
Way to go Joe!!! Andy is absolute class!! Long Play was my first ultra, and Andy and Amy were so kind to my family! He is amazing! I can’t tell you how many races he’s handed me a cup at an aid station as a volunteer. Thanks for doing this podcast Joe!
