This podcast is so needed. It’s highly entertaining but master’s level educational. I have gobbled up all the episodes and am listening to the Shark Tank Stumble episode again. This episode! It’s a valuable insider’s view. The hosts, Ray and Karen, are easy to listen to. They don’t sound preachy and they get the job done.

That’s why I like Flops; it doesn’t pretend that working for yourself is easy, and it doesn’t suggest or prescribe advice on how to be successful. It just tells captivating stories of folks who have tried, struggled, and sometimes failed at “their thing”. I find these stories wildly heartwarming and motivating. We can all learn a lot from “failure”.
