I am just an ordinary person- I have almost no understanding of physics and firefighting. Seriously, it’s an embarrassment.
And yet! This podcast is *fascinating*!! It moves at a perfect pace, and the content is made fascinating and accessible by the host.
(Irrelevant aside: I do have a background in research, however, and I am impressed with the host giving credit and praise to the grad students he works with. Wish I had an advisor like him back in the day!)
Recently found this useful show with lots of info and experience on fire science. Thank you to show and guests for sharing their knowledge. If possible, please can you add the transcript function to the older episodes? It comes up on the latest one but not early shows. Thanks.
Superb podcast with really good fire science information for the newcomer as well as the expert. I love the well-documented podcasts with many references to scientific articles and reference works. Marvellous soundtrack in episode 100. I would love to save it to my playlist on Apple Music but can’t find it. Please let me know if it is available!
