Was excited to read description and download episodes but given cover photo, I now assume host is tone deaf and bizarrely more concerned with herself than helping women. Gonna now be a skip for me
Excellent podcast! Monica provides such useful information!
I found Finding Fertility with Monica Cox by “accident”—or more accurately, by intuition—after hearing Monica on another show. From the moment she spoke, I felt a gut-level pull that told me I needed to hear more. One line that’s stayed with me all week is: “Your baby will want to join your joy.” That’s become my mantra—one that’s shifted my mindset entirely.
This podcast has been nothing short of life-changing. I started doing “the work” the very next day. Not out of obligation, but because so... more
Cannot recommend enough. Both inspiring and very practical — Monica has a special energy and refreshing, radically honest perspective! ✨
Ok, absolutely 100%, this podcast get ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
🦩 Monica is honest about the hard work it takes to have a baby — not just getting pregnancy but preparing for pregnancy and taking accountability for your own health. Monica explains WHY being responsible for you is crucial for your fertility AND your baby. It’s such a breath of fresh air to have someone ask you to step up and be there for yourself.
🦩 By asking and encouraging you to take your health into your own hands, Monica is empoweri... more
I found Monica’s podcast after our ivf cycle failed (secondary infertility) and all we had to show for it was debt and heartache.
I decided to try functional medicine and my bloodwork showed so much inflammation and high insulin. Monica has given me so much hope that I will conceive naturally now that I’ve prioritized my diet, cut out added sugar, started working out and addressing my mental health and childhood trauma.
Why would you have the cover of a fertility podcast be a pregnant woman?
Most of the info is advertising her services
I’ve been struggling to get pregnant for 6 years on and off. Most of my friends are pregnant or on their second child. Ive partnered with a functional doctor and through changing everything about my lifestyle, I know my body is ovulation and my hormones are balancing. I feel fantastic, but not pregnant yet. I feel very alone going this route, even though I know it’s right for me. This podcast has been my validation and my encouragement when I have no one to talk to. It’s raw, real, and I find my... more
I absolutely love this podcast and all the resources! It teaches you to believe in yourself and the power to heal your body, even when the doctor says there’s nothing you can do. ❤️
Monica knows her stuff AND makes it fun! Awesome show to beat the overwhelm of such a big topic!
I found this podcast after seeing an IG post from Erin at fertility hope yoga. I figured why not check it out as I’m navigating this journey that I didn’t expect to be this long or difficult. Love that I can listen while I work or multi task (I never have time to read or reading leads to a rabbit hole that’s not safe). Thank you for making this podcast and can’t wait to listen to more of your episodes.
I love all the topics Monica covers. Very informative. She is very real and says the things as if you were saying it. She’s funny as well! I always enjoy listening to these episodes. Makes the journey a little easier 😌
As someone who has struggled with infertility, I love the approach that Monica takes to all her interviews. She sets expectations, provides different perspectives, and awesome facts and speakers.
I just want to say thank you so much for sharing all your insights, experience, knowledge and wisdom. You help explain the unexplained complications of infertility. You give guidance and encouragement for anyone going through this. The interviews and conversations you have are so insightful and so important for ever woman (everyone!) to hear. Thank you, your podcasts, website and support is truly invaluable. I would highly recommend this podcast to help you improve your health physically and emo... more
