I started listening to this podcast for some feel good vibes, calmness and spirituality - as promoted “ the podcast that makes you feel good”. Early episodes were ok, enjoyable, despite the coarse language at times which was a bit jarring. I persisted until the last two episodes - how is that content meant to make anyone feel good? Such negativity coming from so called First Nation women who have no idea of what it is to be under privileged. I’m out.
Obnoxiously loud ad placed in the middle of a meditation ep. Really? I have no issue with ads but that’s lazy production.
Love the poddy! I really wanna know if Vera Blue stopped that type of pill also? As I experienced one that made me super depressed too! So changing pills helped! (Always had and have anxiety)
I was really excited about this show when it was first launched. I did enjoy the first few episodes and took on some of the advice and set some things in place in my life such as daily affirmations. I turned to fill my cup to De-stress a little and find strategies or a way to find a bit of calm in everyday life hustle.
