  • The process is the goal

I love how Tara reminds us so simply that the process is the goal, that we are equals in this because the point is to keep growing and healing in our own unique path. It’s so easy to get sucked into the madness of the world sometimes. This podcast is it for me in the world of podcasts to keep me focused in connecting with myself, seeing my dragons, so it can help me be helpful and care for others. 🐉🙏🏼
