Far Out!

Glad to hear a new ep, hope the show sticks around

I've been listening to podcasts for 8 years and let me tell you, Far Out has the credentials and backing to keep you entertained from today, this very day that you're reading this, to the date of expiration of this podcast or your body. That's why I give this podcast a full five stars.

The host,Tod Perry, said it best:

"I like to hang out with my friends in my garage"

This show makes you feel like you're right there with them.

I like to think that if I did a podcast, it'd be like this one.

To put it simply: ITS JUST GOOD FUN.

if im all out of my other podcasts and stern shows this will do in a pinch...i guess. buck can be pretty funny at times. the bits are simply unfunny. it can be fun to hear the guys take on things though. also, by far the worst part of the show is when todd thinks its a good idea to sing a comedy song. every single one has been awful. i guess i just love low budget so much im trying to hang onto something semi related yet way sub par.

I really enjoy this show. Do yourself a favor and give this Far Out a listen.

Consistently funny podcast.

I've been listening to Far Out! for a long time now, and even though I download a bunch of podcasts daily, I listen to Far Out! first thing when it comes out. Great chemistry between the hosts, great laughs, and interesting topics. I'd recommend to anyone.

Very well done. Good sound quality. The hosts are very genuine and entertaining. Funnier than lame podcasts like comedy bangbang, where they say whatever is on the top of their heads and think its funny. Good guest rotation keeps the show fresh.

In a world of a million podcasts Tod and Buck doing Farout! really stand out from the crowd. Great conversations, excellent production and audio quality, and a top notch group of interesting co-hosts make this one of the best out there. 100 shows in and I still eagerly anticipate the next Farout! show release. Tod's eclectic musing on life and Buck's easygoing counterpoints make these the people you wish inhabited the cubicle next to yours. Thanks for the great entertainment guys.

Listening to Tod Perry and Buck Perez recount their youthful exploits and express their ideas and opinions on contemporary topics is much like hanging out with good buds. From the organic sounds of a beer being cracked in the background to a bag of potato chips being devoured right by the mic stand, these guys create an environment that is both comforting and compelling.

Far Out is definitely one of the best and most innovative podcasts out there. Its unique show format with a rotating third chair allows it to be a bit of a comedic chameleon. LOVE this show.

I was bummed when I found out that Mr. Perry was leaving LBFM and squeeled with the intensity and reckless abandon of a highschool japanese girl when he started up FarOut. FarOut has been non-stop funny since it started. The rotating cigar store indians keep it lively but Tod and Buck keep it consistent. Keep the music rolling Mr. Perry!
