I was a long time listener but have started listening to other baseball pods. Both hosts are solid, and Tim is amusing. Rich can be sort of difficult to take at times as he is arrogant and has a hard time remembering player names. If you’re in a shallow league it’s worth a listen.

  • Love the analysis and banter

Great show and I’m not saying that because I live in Rich’s town. They go into deep analysis about players and I love the typed recap they do for each show.

  • Weak - much better and professional options

Wilson is meh. His Canadian sidekick adds absolutely nothing.

  • Far left analyst, pretty good at baseball analysis.

Good show if you can ignore the politics. One is a socialist the other is a rich entitled guy who hasn’t made his way to Canada yet. Find them both on Blue Sky.

  • Dear Tim and The Other Guy Rich

Thank you for all the work you put in on basbeball every year. I have been listening to you two for a LOOOOOOOONG time. I have also won many a fantasy baseball league with what I like to call Tim’s “No Dooght Aboot It” list. I hope you guys stay healthy and carry on with your podcast for many years to come. I still laugh thinking of the time Tim ran a red light during Spring training in AZ and his wife made him hang up, may she rest in peace. Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

2311 - Waiver Wire - March 29, 2026
Q: Tim, is Matt Shaw's 2026 ceiling a repeat of last year's 13-17 season, or is there more there if Chicago gives him consistent outfield reps?
The hosts discuss that Shaw has talent, but his playing time is contingent on how the Cubs manage outfield depth and trades; his ceiling could be high if he secures regular at-bats, but there are significant variables including the presence of Alec Bregman, Seiya Suzuki, and potential trades.
2301 - Starting Pitcher Preview - Part 1
Q: What are your thoughts on how to predict which pitchers will get hurt?
There are no guarantees, but health history and patterns can give some insights into potential risk factors for injuries.
2285 - Fantasy Questions of the NL West - D-Backs and Rockies
Q: Will the Diamondsbacks really go to war with Alek Thomas and Blaze Alexander in the outfield?
Tim doubts the Rockies will be successful with that lineup and speculates that a trade may happen.
2285 - Fantasy Questions of the NL West - D-Backs and Rockies
Q: How many wins do the Rockies get?
Tim optimistically predicts the Rockies will achieve 54 wins next season, despite their challenges.
2285 - Fantasy Questions of the NL West - D-Backs and Rockies

Rich predicts that Lawler will get 450 at-bats, noting potential positional changes due to other players in the system.
