Just listened to the first ep of Capes and Crepes and I'm really hoping this will be a regular deal. Adam and Dan are great fun to listen to, whether they're talking about what them got them into comics, discussing what's in stores now or breaking down the nuances of storytelling. They know their stuff and their conversation is fun, informative and entertaining. Highly recommended!
You and me, we're going to take this adventure together. It's called fancy Pants Gangsters and hold my hand because it's a wild ride. Let's fall in love.
This show is amazing! Listen, review, and rate it. It's that good.
I've listened to Chuck and Joel, experienced and enjoyable DJs, for years as they spun around Twincy and the University of Minnesota. They find little gems of stuff long forgotten, unearthed and skillfully mixed. There's a good chance you'll never hear more than a few songs you know (if you're like me, under 30 and had bad taste in music for awhile...) and the results are great. It's pretty much spellunking into the archives of quality music with an experienced guide.
All of the Fancy Pants Gangsters shows are a fun listen. They don't try to be super professional, they just put forth light-hearted and enjoyable content. They must have a fun time making the shows because it comes across in listening. They do a great job of capturing the atmosphere of people hanging out and discussing things they enjoy.
