So pleased to find this podcast as I begin my family tree. Great advice and tips.
Thank you.

I just ran across this podcast a couple months ago, and I’ve quickly listened to most of them. I’m from the USA and am learning so much about UK research that will help me as I delve into that part of my family history. Very entertaining as well - Helen and Nathan do a great job! Please keep it up!
I’m a long time genealogist and always learn new things. Your podcasts with Helen and Nathan as a newbie are brilliant. I started out before Ancestry and the internet were a thing. DNA? That was something done to prove paternity not build trees. I love the Up Down Out. This wasn’t easy to do back in the day, up was mostly it. Now I’m building out and back down. Thanks for a great podcast.
I am loving Nathan’s journey through this process of discovering his roots. The suggestions Helen gives him have inspired me and I’m putting them into practice now as I jump back into my research. Well done. I’m only on episode 5 but this will be my go to podcast!
Thanks to this brilliant podcast I have started doing my family research again.
