I don’t remember how I found this podcast, it might have been a radio ad that I heard. I love this podcast. I was using to fall asleep, but I have since started listening to it at work. Henrik is really delightful to listen to and I really enjoy how he starts off talking about something and then takes off in a different direction. This podcast is so beautiful. I have post concussion syndrome and for the first time in a year I am able to sleep without pharmeceuticals. It gives me so much peace and comfort. To relax is a gift, to sleep is allowing my brain to heal. Thank you so very much for being so open with your mind so that mine can rest. May you be well and feel loved!

A soothing, sleep-focused creator shares intimate, meandering monologues and gentle storytelling designed to ease worry and drift listeners toward rest. Across episodes, topics span memory, therapy, personal growth, and reflections on everyday life in Sweden, often blending dry humor with vulnerable candor. A notable strength is the bilingual flexibility and consistent emphasis on presence, mindfulness, and human connection as a pathway to better sleep.
