Can’t concentrate on the journalism because of all the silly acting !
Ive listened to some rubbish podcasts over the years but I couldn’t make it past 7 minutes on this one. The voice acting was giving me palpitations, so cringy. Ruined a potentially good story but I’ll never know!
Couldn’t get past the actor’s voice for Lamar. Who cast them? LOL. They describe Lamar as debonair, suave and smooth. The voice sounds like Revenge of the Nerds with a slight lisp. Hard to take anything seriously so I had to quit at the absurdity. Lamar is not conning anyone with that voice.
Couldn’t get past the bad accents in the reconstructions
I tried twice to listen to the first episode. The voice actors make it sound like a cartoon - you cannot listen to this story without being annoyed.
