I love listening to this podcast because that transports me back to France. The recent episode on Dijon was fabulous. I visited there in October and can relate to some of the topics discussed. Andrew‘s book was also invaluable on my French voyage.
Very educational and I like that the podcast teaches me about history and culture as well as about food. I also appreciate that some of the episodes are short, so it’s easy to listen to when I don’t have much time.
I love the various topics you have on your podcast, the history, the stories, and I especially enjoyed listening to the latest episode about the foods of Montmorillon as I have spent time there with my husbands family. I learned a lot! Keep going with Fabulously Delicious!!

The format leans into accessible history bites and vivid narratives, making it engaging for food lovers, travelers, and those curious about how cuisine reflects culture and politics.
