I am delighted that I came upon this podcast about a year ago and since then I have listened to every episode. I think Andrew is amazing and does a fabulous job in researching and presenting the topics. I have learnt a lot about many classic French chefs , about French herbs and I am now really enjoying Andrew’s sessions on classic French sources and their derivatives. I find Andrew Interesting, informative and a delight to listen to… I feel like he has become my ‘ friend’! 😂😍

I love listening to this podcast because that transports me back to France. The recent episode on Dijon was fabulous. I visited there in October and can relate to some of the topics discussed. Andrew‘s book was also invaluable on my French voyage.
Very educational and I like that the podcast teaches me about history and culture as well as about food. I also appreciate that some of the episodes are short, so it’s easy to listen to when I don’t have much time.
I love the various topics you have on your podcast, the history, the stories, and I especially enjoyed listening to the latest episode about the foods of Montmorillon as I have spent time there with my husbands family. I learned a lot! Keep going with Fabulously Delicious!!
Simple, interesting and really well produced podcast about french food.
Andrew’s knowledge is fantastic and he passes that on to the listener in an entertaining way.
