10月李佳琦因被曝光涉嫌要求品牌“二选一”，签订低价协议卷入风暴中心，在这条新闻冲上热搜的时候，Yujie看到了熟悉的名字——翟巍老师作为华政竞争法研究中心执行主任被受邀点评。于是我们尝试把那两句短短的点评延展开来，一起看看背后极其复杂的垄断行为分析。
