这是「香洲商埠」播客系列第一期。1909年4月22日，香洲商埠正式开埠。当时的珠海是个什么样的地方；为什么选在香洲开埠；香洲商埠的建设与繁荣到衰落，又经历了什么？
「发条咸鱼」播客有幸参与「栖可栖设计」的一场策展，一起见证珠海香洲埠历史文化街区的一座百年历史骑楼建筑——「陈如记苏杭铺」的筹划活化更新。我们将通过播客，尝试描绘这一历史事件全貌，并将同样值得记录的它所在的狮山街区，通过居民、规划师、历史文化研究者等视角进行多元呈现。
