I thoroughly enjoyed listening to Lisa and Frank. It’s such an engaging podcast. It has a delightful flow from two very smart people! And some humor!
Really interesting to learn about mindfulness and awareness through a dialogue between too people. Lisa has many of the same questions that I have and Dr. Anderson gives great answers! And the guided meditations at the end are really helpful-it’s like the “how” to do all the things they talk about- a big difference from just a lecture.
