Good podcast, I use the “SIGN BRYCE HARPER” part of the intro to level the volume in my headphones.
The combination of baseball knowledge, humor, and wit from these excellent hosts makes for some of the best baseball content out there today! Keep the fantasy shows coming also!
This isn’t a great podcast. Jonah isn’t a very knowledgeable host, his cadence is strange and hard to listen to, and he has a surprising inability to correctly pronounce players’ names (I just heard him call Gleyber Torres “glah-ber”). The intro is harsh and unlistenable. But there aren’t to many good baseball podcasts that I’ve found so this is it. I do like Michael Bradburn quite a bit! I can’t stress how little Jonah seems to understand about the sport or analyzing teams and players.
A great baseball show not just on the Jays but on baseball as a whole with smart and intellectual discussion. Heartily endorsed!
This is a review of a podcast
You get to hear about all the teams in the league, MLB policies, trades, etc. it’s great during the season and off season.
Thanks for having such great topics every week, Jonah and Mike!
This cast is great and I wish they did more episodes per week.
There are a lot of ‘fan casts’ out there that just sound like two dudes talking baseball, who don’t really know what they are talking about. Also, there are a few ‘journalist casts’ out there who think every transaction is awesome and every player is amazing, with no real interesting views. This cast, I find the hosts extremely knowledgeable, with good rhythm, and they are not not afraid to have opinions. Keep it up!
Honestly listened to a few and was happy to have a new baseball podcast. Cant deal with anyone labeling someone (Schilling) as a racist with zero evidence of it. Its the lowest form of journalism. The guy retweet a meme with a joke about hanging journalists and now he is racist somehow. Pretty big stretch. Has one teammate ever accused him of this? If there was an ounce of evidence that Schill is a racist, then fine, destroy him. But there isn’t and you just casually label him.
Whatever. Unsubsc... more
Been listening since it came out, the banter between Jonah and Michael is quite good and I like that they still cover MLB while remaining somewhat Blue Jays focused. My one small quibble would be that Bradburn often makes a point, Jonah challenges and Bradburn concedes immediately. Your points/ takes are great, stand up for yourself man!
All in all a wonderful listen that I never miss each week. Thank you both.
Both hosts are very informed. As a recent fan of baseball they also provide me well-communicated updates and baseball gems. They upload faithfully 1-2 times a week which is exactly the amount of time it takes to have something entertaining to talk about regarding baseball.
Again, I cannot stress enough how well informed these guys are. The know baseball! I love tuning in.
Strong banter. Very witty and knowledgeable hosts.
Entertaining and great way to keep up with everything going on in baseball
Encyclopedic knowledge. Great insights delivered with humour and big words. These guys are great. Get Jonah B. onto more and bigger stages!!!
I don’t even like baseball.
This podcast is awful and seems like 1/2 of the podcasters in this have no clue what baseball is. Lots of bad takes.
