4.9 out of 5 stars from 1.7k ratings
  • Everything is 10/10

I have been religiously listening to this podcast for over a year now and even though the girls prompt a review I have only just figured out how to do it. But alas, without a doubt a 5 star, the best podcast I listen to! The relevant hot topics, the debates, the intellectual discussion, the balanced arguments, I look forward to this every week and I genuinely feel it sparks interesting thoughts into important current affairs. Although I feel myself becoming more feminist by the day, I would enco... more

  • Too many monologues

Again girls probably needs to be less monologues and quotes from articles and more back and forth. There’s no natural banter. Maybe listen to Shameless podcast for examples.

  • Essential

As an elder millennial cishet white boy I would be all at sea without my weekly zeitgeist buster. This is also a really valuable insight into current affairs and social issues from a different perspective to mine, always thoughtful and thought provoking, refreshingly honest, genuine, and all round a welcome light in the darkness. Can’t recommend highly enough!

  • The girls chat I was needing

Since becoming a mum and having a full on job it was inevitable that my time for high brow girl chats with my incredible friends was very limited and I was missing it so dearly when I discovered this podcast. It has given me everything I was needing to keep me positive, informed about current affairs and social media and socialised without time limits! Thank you for being the company I needed on lonely walks, the friend that stopped me from doom scrolling and just a general angel on my shoulder ... more
