Reviews

  • What I was looking for

My body count is one and it wasn’t a glowing review so Anusha and Diana are the friends I was looking for. I too am a nearly 40, progressive mom to little kids who rarely falls into a fandom, but like them I find myself here. I really appreciate that the structure is not episode breakdowns but rather deep dives into the underlying themes of HR. I think these themes are what make the show so compelling. I’m three episodes in and I can’t wait to hear what else they have to say!

  • Best Heated Rivalry commentary podcast out there!

I’m so glad I found this podcast! I’ve been recommending it to all my fellow HR fans. The hosts are so intelligent, well-spoken, and relatable, and bring such lovely depth to their discussions. I’m really enjoying the focus on themes (“The Themes!!” ha ha) such as masculinity and the immigrant experience.

  • Buffy Fan: happy to have found you!

We are similar ages, Buffy the Vampire Slayer was my jam growing up. We have similar tv consumption styles, I’m always on Reddit looking for more. I really like the discussion and themes you’re diving into. Very happy to have found you, great listen while I’m making my family dinner ♥️
