Love this show. Josh’s conversations and talks have opened my eyes to deeper levels of the path. Thank you!!
I take back my previous review after having learned that on 19 November 2024, Josh Summers was arrested on charges of ‘Domestic Abuse and Threat.’ He is now opening for business again as if nothing happened. Now, more than ever, women need to stand up and say ‘NO MORE!’ Please take this show off the air. It’s TIME to call out against the normalisation of violence.
Josh’s 30 years of exploring the meditative path shine through brightly in how he shares his stories and reflections on topics of yin yoga, meditation and related content. His brilliant use of analogy and commitment to honest and academic examination of theory & pedagogy are rare and refreshing!
It is refreshing to have a podcast episode that goes right into the substance of the topic without all the filler-talk. I love these short, but extremely substantive talks. They are very relevant, informative, and spot on. KUDOS!!!!!
Such a great podcast for teachers and anyone interested in yin yoga. This is like a free course given in bite-sized, clear comprehensive bits. I’m a yin teacher and it’s great to have points that remind and information given in a fresh way. Thank you!
