  • Wearing my business socks to listen

Great show! Fun and interesting, plus smart as all get out. Have loved Stacey since NPR and was devastated when she left, especially because she seemed to slip away quietly. But it has been good to hear her on APM and now on this show! The latest episode had a segment that involved photos though, and that was really frustrating for a podcast! If you’re going to do that, please have some way for the audience to look at what you’re referencing, such as on the show’s website or an associated IG acc... more

  • Terminal Like Disease

Delighted to find Stacey again. Love the show, the format. One question. Why do intelligent, thoughtful people have to insert LIKE every fifth word. The vector that spread this annoying ( really annoying ) disease? Podcasts and their hosts. If you can’t speak contemporaneously about a topic then write the damn content like the news media has done for decades and delete the unnecessary, unprofessional filler words.

  • Sometimes good, sometimes superficial

Sometimes it’s quite good but to often they don’t seem that well informed, more at only a superficial level. The recent show (markets gambling) they stated cloud computing is fully adopted as an example of the direction AI may follow. Sorry, what? Huge swathes of companies have no cloud compute or tiny amounts and many are starting to shift back due to costs and security concerns. As for AI well, more effort in checking guest statements would be good.
