This was an excellent interview with Dr. Sean Nank. As a fellow high school math teacher, I enjoyed hearing about the randomized assessment (especially warmups being all different problems so students ask 'how' questions instead of "what did you get"). I will definitely look into using this method in my classroom. @CoachAldrich20

At our international school in Africa, a group of teachers listens to a selected podcast each week and contributes thoughts and ideas in a google document. Then we come together on Friday mornings to discuss how we might apply what we learned in our classroom, the school and beyond. It has been fantastic for our school. As a new teacher you need all the help you can get. This was one of the first podcasts I listed to when I decided to become a teacher.
