Not only Eric provide tons of useful information but also helps me keep the motivation up. Thanks for what you do. Greetings from Spain

Very good podcast about climbing and training. It has helped me on many long car journeys and I always discover something new.
As an older climber and boulderer, I can also put many of his tips into practice. Thank you very much!
