  • Professional Experience Short of Experience

I am writing this review from my spouse’s account since I don’t have an Apple account.

John Lee Dumas approached me two months ago for a paid collaboration on his EoF podcast. After initially declining, I agreed to go ahead with good faith. Unfortunately the experience thereafter has been disappointing. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no response on scheduling the recording. A request for closure and refund has also gone unanswered.

The Hidden Bottleneck in Your Business: Your Nervous System (And What Top AI Founders Are Doing About It) with Stephen Zerfas
Q: Let's talk about stress and performance: how does stress quietly kill performance, and what can founders do about it?
Stress narrows perceptual and social awareness, reduces charisma, and leads to suboptimal decisions. By cultivating nervous system mastery and entering advanced meditative states, founders can maintain a wider emotional and cognitive bandwidth, improving decision quality, relationships, and long-term resilience.
Investing in Life Essentials with Ivan Anz: An EOFire Classic from 2022
Q: What does true financial freedom look like beyond passive income, according to your framework?
True financial freedom comes from being actively knowledgeable, engaged, and alert to your environment, not just receiving checks; investors should act as CEOs of their portfolios, making monthly strategic decisions with support from Equity and Help when needed.
Investing in Life Essentials with Ivan Anz: An EOFire Classic from 2022
Q: Can you walk us through a concrete example of housing Philanthroinvesting and how it benefits both the investor and the family?
Investors fund a package of three houses for about $150,000, which is sold to families for 20% more than what the investor paid; the family receives 30% equity at move-in with low down payment and monthly payments, while the investor earns 8-12% returns with potential equity appreciation, and Philanthroinvestors can choose to support families through hardship while maintaining their investment.
Investing in Life Essentials with Ivan Anz: An EOFire Classic from 2022
Q: What are the three major Philanthroinvesting concepts that you focus on, and how do they differ in practice?
The three major concepts are housing, water, and environment Philanthroinvesting; housing focuses on lending families access to homes with equity from day one, water centers on equipment that recycles water and improves quality with a water-on-demand model, and environment uses a blockchain-reward app to reduce littering while enabling investors to participate as angel-like backers.
Investing in Life Essentials with Ivan Anz: An EOFire Classic from 2022
Q: So Ivan, you coined the term Philanthroinvesting. What the heck is Philanthroinvesting and how exactly was it born?
Philanthroinvesting is investing with the purpose of promoting human welfare while earning a financial return; it originated from the realization that you must delegate and build a broader purpose beyond just the entrepreneur's own wealth, leading to a model where investors act as philanthropists who are financially compensated.
