  • Professional Experience Short of Experience

I am writing this review from my spouse’s account since I don’t have an Apple account.

John Lee Dumas approached me two months ago for a paid collaboration on his EoF podcast. After initially declining, I agreed to go ahead with good faith. Unfortunately the experience thereafter has been disappointing. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no response on scheduling the recording. A request for closure and refund has also gone unanswered.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

How to Attract Premium Clients and Charge Accordingly with Juliana Garcia: An EOFire Classic from 2022
Q: Can you give another real world example of one of your clients who have used this?
Juliana describes multiple cases; specifically, Esperanza went from charging $83/hour to securing a $179,000 annual package after reframing her offer's lifetime value and the transformation it delivers.
The One You Feed with Eric Zimmer
Q: Why do breakthroughs just not last?
Because breakthroughs are momentary insights, but lasting change comes from daily, small actions and the ongoing process of reinforcing new habits, not from a single big moment.
Turning a Local Nissan Dealership into a 40-Year Trust Machine with Geri Lynn
Q: And what led you to become a dealer in the first place?
Geri shares a long journey beginning with family involvement in a dealership, a move from an engineering path to join the family business, and ultimately taking on leadership across multiple stores with a strong emphasis on presence, culture, and people.
How Presence, Not Hustle, Built a $25M Business with Josh Rathweg
Q: What does presence mean in practice and how can Fire Nation apply the framework today?
Presence starts with awakening and reflection, then aligning thoughts and actions, followed by deliberate activation and mentorship; leaders must model behaviors shoulder-to-shoulder with their teams to build a durable culture, not rely on emails or scripts alone.
How Presence, Not Hustle, Built a $25M Business with Josh Rathweg
Q: Josh, say what's up the fire nation and share something that you believe about becoming successful that most people disagree with.
Josh emphasizes that true leadership comes from presence and deliberate framework rather than grinding endlessly; real success comes from awakening, aligning, and servant leadership that allows a team to thrive even when the leader is not physically present.
